Appointment fee

The ₹499 fee confirms your debt-advisory appointment and advisor review. Since advisor time and case review are reserved after booking, the fee is generally non-refundable after the consultation process has started.

Refund eligible situations

• Duplicate payment for the same appointment.
• Payment received but no advisor contact attempt is made within 24 working hours.
• Wrong amount paid by mistake, subject to verification.

How to request

Send your full name, payment date, UPI reference number and registered phone/email through WhatsApp or the Contact page. Approved refunds are processed to the original/payment-confirmed method where possible.

No refund for outcomes

Refunds are not based on lender refusal, settlement amount, CIBIL result or personal decision not to continue after receiving advisory support.
